Service Description

Gardening Carshalton offers a comprehensive range of gardening services, including but not limited to:

Garden design and planning
Lawn care and maintenance
Planting and planting care
Pruning and trimming
Weed control
Seasonal cleanup

Our services are tailored to meet the individual needs of each client, ensuring a personalized gardening experience.

Booking Policies

To schedule a service, clients can contact us via phone or email. Bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed within 48 hours.

Booking Confirmation: Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with the details of the service, including the date and time.

Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Payment Terms

Payments for our services are to be made as follows:

Deposit: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
Balance: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.
Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.

All prices are quoted in GBP and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

Cancellation: Clients may cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service without incurring any charges.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service may incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the total service cost.
Refunds: Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7 business days.

Note: No refunds will be provided for services already rendered.

Liability

While we strive to provide the highest quality services, Gardening Carshalton is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses or damages arising from the use of our services.

Limited Liability: Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service.

Clients are responsible for informing us of any specific requirements or potential hazards on their property prior to service.
